Coaching Agreement (Summary)

This page summarizes the coaching agreement you will be asked to review and e-sign at enrollment. If anything here conflicts with the agreement you sign, the signed agreement controls.

1. The program

The Darrul Reset is a 12-week one-on-one financial coaching program. It includes weekly 45-minute coaching sessions, secure portal access, worksheets and trackers, async check-ins between sessions, and a written 90-day plan at completion.

2. What coaching is not

Coaching is education, planning support, and accountability. It is not investment, securities, legal, tax, or credit-repair advice. Your coach will not recommend specific investments, manage accounts, negotiate with creditors, or sell you financial products. When licensed advice is appropriate, your coach may suggest licensed professionals; using them is always optional.

3. Fees

Program fee: $2,500, payable in full or in three monthly installments of $900 (3 monthly payments of $900). Payments are processed via Stripe. Your first session is scheduled after your first payment (or full payment) is received.

4. Scheduling and rescheduling

Sessions are booked through the scheduling link in your portal. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as delivered. We will also give you at least 24 hours’ notice for any coach-side reschedule.

5. Refunds and cancellation

• Cancel before your kickoff session: full refund, less payment processing fees.
• Cancel within the first two weeks (up to two sessions delivered): prorated refund for sessions not delivered, less payment processing fees.
• After the first two weeks: fees are non-refundable; remaining sessions and materials continue to be available through week 12.

6. Your responsibilities

Coaching works when you do. You agree to attend sessions, complete homework as best you can, provide information honestly, and make your own financial decisions with the understanding that outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Confidentiality

Your information is treated as confidential and handled as described in our privacy policy and information-security program. Exceptions: disclosures required by law, threats of harm to yourself or others, or with your written consent (for example, an introduction to a partner you request).

8. Communications

Coaching communications happen through the client portal, email, and scheduled calls. Response times are typically within one business day. We ask that you keep sensitive documents inside the portal.

9. No guarantees

Financial results vary based on your circumstances and effort. Darrul does not guarantee specific outcomes, including debt payoff, savings amounts, or credit score changes.

10. Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship. If Darrul ends the engagement for a reason other than your breach, you will receive a prorated refund for undelivered sessions. If you breach this agreement (for example, by harassment or misuse of the portal), Darrul may end the engagement without refund.

11. Materials and intellectual property

Worksheets, templates, and materials provided to you are for your personal use. You may keep and use them after graduation. You may not resell or publish them.

12. Governing law

The agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Darrul is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
